Less than 3 Weeks...
We're less than 3 weeks from the big day. We are so excited about our upcoming cruise and wedding. Hopefully, our ship will fare better than the Carnival ship that caught fire last week. I'm not a fan of spam.
As we approach Thanksgiving, we give thanks for finding eachother and we are thankful for our wonderful families and friends. Cheers! We love you!

Busy Weekend
Just a few quick updates from the weekend:
- My new job is great so far, but I still need a lot of training. My department is entering our busiest time of the year.
- Seth and I picked out all of the details for our new house. We are building in Forest Creek Estates in Plainfield and our house should be done in Feburary or March.
- We had the carpets cleaned at Seth's house- they look new. We hope that potential buyers will like the "new" carpet.
- Seth and I made our first trip to Costco.
- Ed and Barb visited on Saturday to see some of the houses under construction in Forest Creek. They really liked our floorplan.
- We switched one of our registries from Target to Crate & Barrel. Some of our friends have had issues with their Target registries, so we switched.
Time for bed!!!

Big Changes on the Horizon
So I have a new job!!! Clarian Hospital hired me to work in their Supply Chain department. I will be working in Downtown Indy. This will be a big change from working out of my house and car. I have had a good run at Biomet, but it is time for something new. My schedule is 8-5 M-F, so Seth and I should be able to plan our weekends now and not have to worry about me having to schlep surgery trays around in the evenings.
We are getting very excited about the cruise and wedding. Our wedding day is 2 months from tomorrow!!!
Seth's family hosted a wedding shower for us on Sunday. We had a wonderful meal with Seth's Dad's side of the family. Then we opened some awesome gifts and had cake and champagne. My parents made the trip up to Kokomo for the event. The weather was beautiful, so their drive wasn't so bad. I think they had a good time meeting the Milner (Seth's Grandma Maxine's maiden name) family. The running joke of the afternoon was that several of the men had not been to a wedding shower before, even the guys in their 60's and 70's. It was fun to watch them during the shower. We didn't play any shower games, so they didn't get the full effect. I think the guys went away with the impression that a wedding shower is like a birthday party, but with wedding gifts.
In other news, we are very close to deciding whether or not we are going to build a house. We love the neighborhood that we found. Let's hope that Seth's house gets potential buyer traffic so that we can free up a mortgage payment!

Less than THREE MONTHS from the big day
Hello everyone!
Lots of you have been asking about our wedding details. Well, to keep things short and sweet, we are getting married in December in St. Thomas during a cruise and having a reception on January 29, 2011, in Terre Haute, IN.
Seth and I have been very busy listing my condo for sale, moving my stuff out of said condo and into his place/storage/mom & dad's, and prepping his house to list for sale. Needless to say, we are ready to figure out exactly where we will be living next and settle in. Our backs and shoulders have been sore for months from all of the housework and packing. If anyone needs a cute house in Avon, let me know. Seth's place is officially ON THE MARKET!!!!!!! The realtor is really happy with how the place looks, too. Thanks to all of our helpers (Momma Tina, Momma Barb, Dad Earl, Dad Ed, Emily, Mark, Adam and Todd). We couldn't have done this without you.
We attended a Tobit marriage preparation retreat this past weekend. It was so nice to get away and focus on planning for our marriage, not just the for the wedding. We left the weekend feeling more excited than ever about our future together. Our friends Dianna and Kyle attended the same retreat and we had a blast (as always).
Please continue to keep us in your prayers as we embark upon an amazing journey. We love you!
